HS’s will consist of a season rotating menu curating each menu to provide the freshest food available.

Menus: Breakfast/Brunch, Lunch, Dinner, and Pop-Up Menu, Secret Menu (TBD)

Breakfast:

The European Breakfast:

 - Fruits, Croissants, fresh honey, fresh preservatives, meats​

 - A light breakfast with croissants, baguette slices with butter, jam, honey, a cup of coffee or tea, orange juice, thick and rich hot chocolate, Fruits (Grapes, apples, pears, or berries (like strawberries and raspberries), often served fresh or alongside pastries), yogurt, pan au chocolate (a croissant-like pastry filled with chocolate)

 - Espresso or cappuccino paired with a sweet pastry like a cornetto or biscotti, fruits (Fresh figs, oranges, or peaches are popular, along with simple fruit salads)

Spain: Toast with olive oil and tomato (pan con tomate) or churros with hot chocolate, fruits (Oranges (especially in juice form), melon, and grapes are frequently included)

 - Bread rolls (Brötchen) with butter, cold cuts, cheese, jam, and boiled eggs. Served with coffee or tea, Fruits (Berries, Grapes, Fruit salad)

Greece: Yogurt with honey and nuts, bread with jam or cheese, and sometimes boiled eggs, fruits (Figs, grapes, and melons are popular, often paired with honey or yogurt)

The American Breakfast: Cinnamon Rolls, Blueberry Cream Cheese Pancakes, French toast w/ Whipped Honey Ricotta Topping, Slow Scrambled Eggs, Crispy Parmesan Waffles & Fried Chicken, Crispy Bacon, Pork, Chicken or maple Sausage, Cheesy Spicy Potato Hash, hashbrowns, Fruits (reference Cravings Hungry for More by Chrissy Teigen)

 - The Presidential: BEC Croissants, SEC Croissants, Buttermilk-Chive Biscuit sandwich, Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast with Blackberry compote, Slow Scrambled Eggs, Cinnamon rolls, waffles, French toast, Cheesy Spicy Potato Hash, Hashbrowns (reference Cravings Hungry for More by Chrissy Teigen)

Appetizers

  1. Spring Pea and Mint Soup - (A light and vibrant soup made with fresh peas, mint, and vegetable broth.)

  2. Asparagus Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette - (Tender asparagus spears tossed with olive oil, lemon, and cracked pepper.)

  3. Berry and Spinach Salad - (Fresh spinach leaves topped with mixed berries, sliced almonds, and a balsamic vinaigrette.)

  4. Avocado and Cucumber Gazpacho - (A chilled soup with creamy avocado, cucumber, and fresh herbs.)

Mains

  1. Grilled Lemon-Herb Salmon - (Fresh salmon fillets marinated in lemon and dill, served with spring vegetables.)

  2. Quinoa and Veggie Stir-Fry - (Tossed with asparagus, peas, and carrots in a light soy-ginger sauce.

  3. Pasta Primavera - (Pasta with olive oil, garlic, and a medley of spring vegetables like zucchini, peas, and cherry tomatoes)

  4. Vegan Stuffed Bell Peppers - (Filled with quinoa, black beans, fresh herbs, and a squeeze of lime)

Dinner

  1. Lemon Herb Grilled chicken with spring vegetables - (Marinate chicken breasts in olive oil, lemon, garlic, and fresh herbs (like thyme and parsley), then grill and serve with roasted asparagus and snap peas.)

  2. Seared Tuna with Citrus and Avocado Salad – (Fresh tuna steaks lightly seared and served on a bed of greens with sliced avocado, orange segments, and a citrus vinaigrette.)

  3. Turkey and Veggie Skewers – (Skewers of lean turkey chunks, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and red onions brushed with a lemon-garlic marinade and grilled to perfection.)

  4. Spring Turkey Burgers – (Lean turkey patties flavored with fresh parsley, garlic, and lemon zest, served on lettuce wraps with avocado slices and a side of roasted radishes.)

  5. Salmon and White Bean Salad – (Grilled salmon paired with cannellini beans, arugula, cherry tomatoes, and a basil vinaigrette.)

Desserts

  1. Berry Sorbet – (A refreshing dessert made with blended berries and a touch of maple syrup.)

  2. Chia Pudding with Berry Compote – (Made with almond milk, chia seeds, and a topping of fresh or cooked berries.)

  3. Coconut Berry Parfaits – (Layers of coconut cream, granola, and fresh mixed berries)
